Mian M. Javaid, M.D.
Co-Founder
Dr. Mian M. Javaid, an experienced physician, has a deep passion for value investing, cultivated for over twenty years. Earned M.D. from Ross University (2009). Internal medicine training at Queens Hospital Center (2013). Chairs the Medicine Department and hospitalist director at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, SD, and board of advisor at Fruit Street Health.
Parallel to his medical endeavors, Dr. Javaid embarked on a self-taught journey into the world of value investing, drawing inspiration from investment luminaries such as Warren Buffett, and Charlie Munger. He has successfully applied these principles to manage investments for his close connections.
Coming from an immigrant household and with an academic focus primarily in the medical field, Dr. Javaid initially found himself lacking in financial literacy. However, during and after his studies, he recognized the critical need to understand personal finance and independently acquired this knowledge. This personal journey has fueled a desire to share his insights on value investing with a broader audience, as Dr. Javaid firmly believes in its power to build long-term wealth and achieve financial freedom.

Dr. Amit Kachalia is a physician executive with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles. He is Principal at Value Vault Capital Management, LLC, an investment firm grounded in the value investing philosophy of Warren Buffett. Value Vault Capital Management emphasizes rigorous data analysis, patience, and disciplined decision-making in its pursuit of high-value stocks. Dr. Kachalia also demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit as the founder and board member of both Om Primary Care LLC and Scope Real Estate LLC. With over a decade of experience in leadership, finance, and strategic planning, Dr. Kachalia brings a unique perspective to his endeavors. He combines top-down market analysis with a deep understanding of geopolitical trends and market demands. His ability to identify promising opportunities, coupled with his talent for building high-performing teams, has fueled the successful formation and growth of numerous companies.
